Jefferson County Growth Association advocates for a strong and prosperous business climate and issues that are important to our business members. In order to grow, Jefferson County must be able to compete for jobs and business in the St. Louis and surrounding county areas, in our region and globally, which means identifying and addressing economic and regulatory barriers. Advocating for public policies essential to new and sustained quality economic development requires leadership. Hearing from and working with our elected officials at all levels help keep the needs of businesses for pro-business policies and a positive business environment in the forefront. JCGA does not directly endorse specific candidates or parties but supports the legislative process by providing public forums and events on issues of importance.
