State of the County
Each January or February the Jefferson County Growth Association convenes over 300 community leaders to hear the Jefferson County Missouri Executive deliver the State of the County Address. Prior year accomplishments, priorities and finances are discussed and what is planned for the coming year are highlighted for the Jefferson County area.

2021 Virtual State of the County
The 2021 State of the County was hosted by the Fox C6 School District featuring the Fox High School. The event was held virtually this year and filmed at Rickman Auditorium due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
The event featured Dr. Nisha Patel, Superintendent of Fox C6 School District; Dan Govero, President of the Jefferson County Growth Association; Scott Seek, President of the newly formed Jefferson County Tourism Commission; and Dennis Gannon, Jefferson County Missouri Executive. Normally there are approximately 340 people in attendance each year for this event! Although the State of the County was virtual this year, many of our members and local businesses stood behind the JCGA in sponsoring this annual event.
The upcoming 2022 State of the County breakfast is to be hosted by the Fox C6 School District featuring the Seckman High School.
Special THANK YOU to our SPONSORS for helping to support the 2021 SOTC
